Richard Wheeler - Creative Director, Board Member, Founder

Richard Wheeler arrived in New York to participate in the rebranding of the Structure stores into what is now known as Express Men. While there he spent two and a half years managing the design and production elements of all casual wear and woven goods. In mid 2002, Richard joined the men’s board of Next Model Management, soon to transformation into Elite; recognized as one of the most influential model agencies in the world. In his role as agent, Mr. Wheeler negotiated contracts for work with photographers including Bruce Weber, Mario Testino, and Steven Klein for international advertising campaigns Christian Dior, Gucci and Hugo Boss amongst others. Fiercely committed to his passion for design, in 2005, Richard dedicated his primary focus to the newly formed ENC. A native Londoner, he was classically trained at Brighton University.

Gavin Bond - Public Relations, Co-Founder

Originally a designstudent at Central St. Martin’s, Gavin abandoned design to pursue photography and has enjoyed significant success as a chronicler of both celebrity and fashion. His worked has appeared in Vanity Fair, and Rolling Stone as well as the International editions of GQ, a regular photographer for Victoria Secrets.  He also regularly shoots the cover of Entertainment Weekly.  When not on set, Gavin acts as both the Public Relations and Marketing Arm of ENC.

Jarad also co-founded an on-line portal focused on the domestic Indian travel market.  Jarad has an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a BS in Hotel Administration (with Distinction) from Cornell University.
