Can I track my shipment?
Yes. All Emperor's Tees packages are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package is shipped. You can track your packge by doing a Google Search for your tracking number.
Returns
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may exchange it for any other style of the same value or apply the credit towards a new choice. Simply pack the order and return it to:

Please allow 2-3 weeks for refund or exchange shipment. We do our best to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible.
Only Unused T-shirts may be returned for a full refund within 2 weeks of the purchase date.
Q: If I purchase an ENC t-shirt at a retail store, can I return/exchange it on your website?
A: No. We can only accept t-shirt exchanges bought directly from our own website. If you bought a t-shirt from a different location, you must go back to that same location for returns and exchanges.
I haven't received my order yet!
We apologize for the delay! If it's been more than 2 weeks since you placed your domestic order, or 3 weeks since you placed your International order, contact customer service. Please consult your tracking data before contacting us.
Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?
International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil of ordering from overseas. Please do not ask us to ship your package as a gift. We can't do that!
I made a mistake in my order! How can I fix it?
Please email us immediately, We cannot guarantee that the changes will be observed, as orders are shipped very quickly after being placed.
